I had almost given up on gluten free alternatives to cakes, bread, pastries until I found Glazed. The staff and owners are tremendously passionate about gluten intolerant and coeliac sufferers and want to create AMAZING tasting food that isn’t just the typical ‘alternative’ option. As a Coeliac, I’ve tried every GF bread, cake imaginable and nobody does it better than Glazed. Somehow, they did it … they managed to make everything taste like the REAL thing. Even the texture has that squishy, bouncy ‘gluten’ feel and taste to it. No joke, this place has done what many GF bakeries have tried and failed to do. I can’t wait to come back again and again.
