DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS

Images with our products have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Glazed Gluten Free does not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

When we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

Our products are supplied and delivered to customers within Australia.  By purchasing a product through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

When ordering from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details and credit card information. We undertake to take due care with this information however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus.

Your order will be accepted or rejected within 5 days of placing the order. If we have not responded to you within 5 days, your order is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for objecting your order, however the most likely reason for rejecting the order will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

Once you have submitted an order through our website, you may not cancel the order even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.

All risk or loss of damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Glazed Gluten Free.

ORDERING PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Our range of perishable products include desserts, cakes and celebration cakes.
Please note a limited selection of fresh cakes will be available through our online store.

    Via email – orders@glazedglutenfree.com.au (an order placed via email is not valid until a confirmation email has been sent)

CUSTOM MADE CAKES – refers to anything outside of our day-to-day range and will require a deposit of 30%. We require 7 working days notice period for your order.

We accept all credit cards with the exception of Diners. No order will commence until the deposit has been received by Glazed Gluten Free.

The balance will fall due on collection.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your order within 7 days of the collection date the balance outstanding will be due and payable. 

RETURNING A PRODUCT

We strive to ensure that our products are delivered to you in the condition that they were dispatched from our patisserie, however we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your package is delivered to you, please ensure you supply a shipping address where your goods can be received during business hours. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery either by phone or through our Contact Us webpage.

If we are unable to return or replace the damaged or faulty products, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount debited including packaging and postage charges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials contained on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, images, logos, buttons, icons and the selection and arrangement thereof are protected by copyright law. All intellectual property, unless otherwise stated, on this website is owned by Glazed Gluten Free.

The material may be viewed online by you and may be reproduced in hard copy only for your personal reference. Unless otherwise permitted by law or with written permission from Glazed Gluten Free, the material and information on this website may not otherwise be reproduced, modified, published, transmitted or displayed and may not be distributed to any person (including distribution by email) or incorporated into any other website.
