Our Community Is Saying Nice Things!

When we walked in they noticed it was our first time and immediately and very warmly welcomed us. The team did a wonderful job of making us feel at home, and went out of their way to look after us. Then the food came out, and oh my mercy…it was SO GOOD. They made a little tasting platter with a mix of things for us to share, and every single thing was soft, fluffy and delicious. I tried the coffee with the coconut milk as well and it tasted surprisingly wonderful. Sadly we don’t have any photos of the food because we ate it so quickly it was that good. My favourite was the herby focaccia. Thanks for making it such a wonderful experience. My nephew says he wants to live there 😂

Amazing gluten free bakery and great service.The bread at this place is so good, you won't believe it's gluten free.Had been there a few times, but they never had bread. Finally I got to try the bread... I came in just after they opened and I got the last Loaf. Now I know why they always sell out.A bit pricey like every gluten free place, which is a bit annoying, but what to do 🤷‍♂️Everything else I've tried here is good too. Sausage roll is great and best to eat there... not a big fan of their home made ketchup, so would bring my own next time, but that's a matter of taste.Would definitely recommend this place. It's unfortunately about an hour drive away for me, so don't get to go often... but every trip has been worth it!

Absolutely incredible!! Everything is gluten, dairy and nut free and tastes as good as it looks. Best bread rolls ever, you'd never know they were gluten free! Chef Liran and staff were so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they really looked after us.

My wife is a coeliac, and only those with such an affliction will appreciate what an absolute joy it is to find a completely GF bakery, they’re rare as hens teeth. The quality of produce can vary considerably too, between different bakeries. However, Glazed did not disappoint in the least. My wife was in her element, like being in an Aladdin’s cave of GF goodies. We came away with several loaves of bread and a blueberry muffin. We were meant to share the muffin, but my wife had inhaled it before I could even take a photo! We cannot rate this place highly enough, even for those without a coeliac condition, you’ll be more than pleasantly surprised at the exceptional taste and experience. The staff were lovely also and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Wow this place is incredible and has changed our life! Finding GF options that taste nice has been really tough but this place was sensational! We couldn’t believe the food was gluten free it taste so good. We especially loved the homemade gluten free/vegan sausage roll, it was the best we have ever had. Travelling from Newcastle and stumbled across this place on my last day here, honestly the BEST gluten free pastry and food I've ever had (coming from someone with ceoliac). Staff were super lovely and friendly even offered some samples 100% recommend for anyone who is on a gluten free diet and is in search for a good spot for some amazing gluten free goodies!! Always a wide range of exquisite specialty breads, cakes of all sizes and wonderful pastry goods. As good if not better than many non gf products I've had so everyone can enjoy even if they don't have dietary restrictions. Also nut/dairy free and plenty of room to eat in or takeaway.

Shared a delicious lunch with my family. We were given a taste of the bread and marvelled at its quality. Despite being entirely gluten free the offerings here are incredibly yummy and will suprise many with how similar these foods are to non gluten free options. The spinach rolls are my favourite.The staff were absolutely lovely as well. It's a pleasure to experience a family run business like this one.I only wish there was a shop in Sydney.

Today I went for first time ever to glazed bakery the people are very friendly and nice most of all the products are freshly baked every day and cakes are amazingI had a tune roll sandwich it was so delicious and a slice of olive pizza it was amazing experience and most of all it tasted so good and I felt really good I didn’t have any issues or problems every one should try coming here for sweets or savouryI will definitely be back againThe owner’s put 💯great effort in there food and service thanks a very good experience today 😉

Incredible gluten free and nut free patisserie! Having a nut allergy is difficult as I can never eat in patisseries or bakery’s but Glazed cater for this and considering I don’t need to be gluten free - it still tastes just as amazing so I don’t feel i’m being compromised! No idea how you make your brownies/cakes/desserts so delicious without gluten but it couldnt be tastier!! The texture is great for example the brownies are gooey and cake is fluffy. Please open more patisseries!!Thank you for being nut free, finding this patisserie made my trip!!

After being gluten free since 2005, I had been forced to sort of just accept that I would never really be able to have fresh, soft and delicious breads/cakes/pastries ever again. People really do take for granted the joy of biting into some freshly baked bread. Moving to Melb and discovering Glazed was the BIGGEST treat, no exaggeration. Now that I’m living in Geelong, I still make the journey to visit when I can. The soft, fluffy bagels - still warm and fresh out of the oven- are my absolute kryptonite. The crunchy exterior of the loaves of bread and the delightfully soft centre; with this softness remaining for days. The stream of new and exciting desserts balanced with the regularly available sweet treats. The deliciously crispy apple turnovers. The scrumptious cinnamon pretzels and crunchy croutons. And don’t get me started on the doughnuts and Easter-favourite hot cross buns.. which must be slightly sinful with how good they taste. There is something for everyone as, even with a newly discovered egg allergy, I am still able to enjoy many of the treats due to them also being vegan. They very clearly label all allergens too, which I find immensely helpful. The consistent quality of every item blows me away each time, along the overall friendly environment of the bakery and the very personable nature of Chef Liran. Could not recommend this bakery more. 10/10 all round. In fact the only downside is that there are not more of them closer by, but then that’s also what makes it so special.

I cannot recommend Glazed Patisserie highly enough! It’s a gluten free and dairy free paradise for your taste buds, so awesome to have a bakery where I can eat everything in it not just a small selection....... EVERYTHING!!! I wish it was in my town in northern NSW, I just need to find out how I can get box full of bread delivered to me. I took a suit case full home and froze it, which it does well and is still quite fresh. I’m planning my next trip to Melbourne!

You need to try out glazed gluten free patisserie in elsternwick. I went today and got a apple and cinnamon crumble cupcake. Just out of oven so was hot and amazing. The chocolate ones looked good too. Got two scrolls, pizza & vegemite. A bagel which I just ate and was so good and have a bread I will have a slice of later. Really good will definately go back and I assume it was the owner was really nice and the girl behind the counter very helpful.

This new gluten free cafe in Elsternwick is absolutely delicious! The bread is definitely the highlight - crispy on the outside crust but soft and fluffy on the inside. I promise you won't even be able to tell that it's gluten free. They have bagels, rolls, sweet challa and even French baguettes! This is probably the only gf bread I've come across that doesn't need toasting. Desserts are delicious too. Has any one else tried this place? What do you think?
