Planning to bring some cakes back to Sydney for my brother who has a dairy and nut allergy, and the staff were so lovely and helpful - recommending what would and wouldn't survive the trip back home. The nice man even stickered down the cakes in the box so it wouldn't move during the plane ride. Appreciate them very much 🙏 and I'm sure my brother would be very appreciative too. We need more of this inclusiveness in Sydney!

This is the best gluten free bread on the planet! Just bought home a loaf of multigrain and my son (who poo poos anything gluten free) demolished half a loaf and said it’s the best bread he has ever eaten. He has now had to eat a bit of gluten free humble pie.

I had the pleasure of purchasing some breads, cakes and muffins this morning. And wow! I have never eaten a gluten free bagel ever, this was the most fluffy, delicious bread ever. I brought things to stock my freezer!The gentleman who served me, was very attentive gave me a run down on all the items he had. ( some bread I was unfamiliar with and their culture) . I’ve tried things I never have and was truly impressed.

The custard choclolate danish is to die for! Being a coeliac it is hard to find pull apart aerated gluten replacements but the Brazilian cheese bread really hits the spot! We will definitely be back!

I discovered Glazed Gluten on Tiktok and went to buy bread on first visit. Then decided to have brunch and am SO glad I did. Their salmon baguette was delicious. I was worried it'd be dry but no! Very yum. I had lemon cake for dessert - also extremely tasty. So after I finish my loaf a few days later I obvs had to go back and there was fresh PIZZA - I wanted to buy all of it! And had raspberry cake for afters. I also bought another loaf so looks like I'm heading back in a few days - happiness 😁

We had the chocolate Orange cake and it was delectable! The Orange is only a note at the start of the bite, no fighting citrus flavour. The cake is rich but not too decadent. The presentation is beautiful too. $12 for one which is reasonable.The staff were very sweet and caring, even gave a sample taste. Made sure we were happy multiple times and felt very inviting.The vibe is cute, not super fancy or luxurious but relaxing. The seating is also comfortable. Recommend coming to this cafe if you're in Melbourne.

I travelled all the way from Wollongong and even drove an extra hour from where I was staying to visit Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie, and it was absolutely worth it. The pastries were phenomenal. As someone who usually misses out on proper patisserie experiences, this felt like pure magic.The customer service was just as impressive, warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Such a rare gem for coeliacs!

Being coeliac ever since I was a child , I never have had so much freedom with choice of food as when I came to Glazed this week while visiting Melbourne. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and even gave me and my friend a little bread taster. A gentleman gave us a little backstory behind the patisserie and about each individual dessert too. So much variety and so much to choose from and everything we ate was truly amazing. Feels very community friendly and personal as a staff member who may have been the owner came over and asked us about our meal. Will definitely be returning here when I’m next in Melbourne! This is truly one of the best gluten-free and dairy-free places I have ever visited! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was remarkable; we genuinely felt like we were having conversations with friends. The owners and staff go above and beyond to ensure your experience is enjoyable, not just with the food but also with the exceptional service.My favorites were the decadent cakes and, oh my goodness, the Greek spinach and feta pie! I love finding Gluten free bakeries whenever I travel, so this place was a treasure. Upon walking into the bakery I was given a sample of a fresh GF plain bagel. I ordered a GF blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip cookie which I ate at the bakery. They were delicious. I am looking forward to the GF plain bagels I took home with me.

I visited last Wednesday, 25th July, with my sister-in-law. We ended up ordering a few different things because there were so many delicious options to choose from – definitely not a bad problem to have!I moved to Melbourne four years ago and was diagnosed with coeliac disease almost three years ago. Since then, I’ve struggled to find certified coeliac-friendly cafes that offer cakes, pastries, and bread that don’t taste like cardboard.This place was a game-changer – their pastries and cakes are absolutely amazing, and the coffee was just as impressive!We’ll definitely be back for more!

Today was my first day in trying Glazed, and I absolutely loved it. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. The fact that everything is gluten free, is amazing, the pastry is light, fluffy and crumbles beautifully. Would recommend trying the sausage roll and spinach and cheese pastry. We will certainly be back and cannot recommend this place enough for anyone!! Thank you so much for the best food and service!

Genuinely had probably the best customer experience of any place i’ve visited. Food was amazing, given samples, checked in on, and told of new products which had been made fresh. Blown away by how above and beyond they went. As a celiac it was so so amazing to be given not only great food but the level of customer service i received as well. Will be coming back many times in the future!

Amazingly beautiful and delicious cakes. Had a raspberry dream cake for my birthday organised as a surprise and it was truly the most delicious cake I’d ever eaten. Everyone loved it and couldn’t believe it was LF and GF. Honestly so so good! Worth the drive if you’re not local.

Incredible gluten free and nut free patisserie! Having a nut allergy is difficult as I can never eat in patisseries or bakery’s but Glazed cater for this and considering I don’t need to be gluten free - it still tastes just as amazing so I don’t feel i’m being compromised! No idea how you make your brownies/cakes/desserts so delicious without gluten but it couldnt be tastier!! The texture is great for example the brownies are gooey and cake is fluffy. Please open more patisseries!!Thank you for being nut free, finding this patisserie made my trip!!

After being gluten free since 2005, I had been forced to sort of just accept that I would never really be able to have fresh, soft and delicious breads/cakes/pastries ever again. People really do take for granted the joy of biting into some freshly baked bread. Moving to Melb and discovering Glazed was the BIGGEST treat, no exaggeration. Now that I’m living in Geelong, I still make the journey to visit when I can. The soft, fluffy bagels - still warm and fresh out of the oven- are my absolute kryptonite. The crunchy exterior of the loaves of bread and the delightfully soft centre; with this softness remaining for days. The stream of new and exciting desserts balanced with the regularly available sweet treats. The deliciously crispy apple turnovers. The scrumptious cinnamon pretzels and crunchy croutons. And don’t get me started on the doughnuts and Easter-favourite hot cross buns.. which must be slightly sinful with how good they taste. There is something for everyone as, even with a newly discovered egg allergy, I am still able to enjoy many of the treats due to them also being vegan. They very clearly label all allergens too, which I find immensely helpful. The consistent quality of every item blows me away each time, along the overall friendly environment of the bakery and the very personable nature of Chef Liran. Could not recommend this bakery more. 10/10 all round. In fact the only downside is that there are not more of them closer by, but then that’s also what makes it so special.

I cannot recommend Glazed Patisserie highly enough! It’s a gluten free and dairy free paradise for your taste buds, so awesome to have a bakery where I can eat everything in it not just a small selection....... EVERYTHING!!! I wish it was in my town in northern NSW, I just need to find out how I can get box full of bread delivered to me. I took a suit case full home and froze it, which it does well and is still quite fresh. I’m planning my next trip to Melbourne!

You need to try out glazed gluten free patisserie in elsternwick. I went today and got a apple and cinnamon crumble cupcake. Just out of oven so was hot and amazing. The chocolate ones looked good too. Got two scrolls, pizza & vegemite. A bagel which I just ate and was so good and have a bread I will have a slice of later. Really good will definately go back and I assume it was the owner was really nice and the girl behind the counter very helpful.

This new gluten free cafe in Elsternwick is absolutely delicious! The bread is definitely the highlight - crispy on the outside crust but soft and fluffy on the inside. I promise you won't even be able to tell that it's gluten free. They have bagels, rolls, sweet challa and even French baguettes! This is probably the only gf bread I've come across that doesn't need toasting. Desserts are delicious too. Has any one else tried this place? What do you think?

Wow! What a TREAT... I thoroughly enjoyed this mornings brekkie, coffee and cake. The food offering is incredible for any pallet ~ yet it’s ALL gluten free and a heaven for vegan consumers... truly remarkable. I rate this delicious cafe & eatery 10/10! You must try it!

Had a lovely lunch today at Glazed. We had a smoked salmon bagel and a chocolate mousse cake...... oh yum.... so delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive

Superb variety of sandwiches, breads and desserts - and all gluten free! Excellent quality of fresh produce turned into delicious, healthy and guilt-free yummies - really glad that I had such a hearty lunch here today. For someone who’s been consuming gluten-based foods all my life, I’m definitely turning to GF foods as much as I can from now onwards! 🥪 🍰

Having breakfast with my family here this morning. Highly recommend everyone visit. Bought some fresh hot bread straight out of the oven for home. Even my non celiac husband could not taste the difference.
