Wow! My daughter is anaphylactic to gluten and it’s so hard finding food that she can eat. What a find!! I can’t believe that these pastries are gluten free. They are amazing! This is by far the best 💯 gluten free place to go to!The pastry chef is absolutely amazing, and always accomades my allergy to soy proteinxI can email ahead of time also , so I can pre order.My partner also loves it here and his not coeliac.The cinnamon pretzels are amazing ( and I don't even like cinnamon 🤣 I also love their breads and stock up on their bagels (they freeze and defrost well.

I have tried so many Gluten Free breads, muffins and other bits and pieces over the years and nothing comes close to the bread from Glazed.It is so soft and fluffy, crust the perfect crunch and melts in your mouth.The muffins freeze and defrost really well too.I have tried most of the pastry options (savory and sweet) and they’re all so tasty.I bought a custard donut today and it’s the best I’ve ever had.The owner is so lovely, always greets us with a smile and remembers us from our last visit. I’m so grateful to have a bakery that caters to so many dietary needs.

My non-negotiable stop every time I come to Melbourne! Amazing gluten free options, crafted to perfection with both taste and appearance in mind. The cafe is a welcoming space where you are always greeted with a smile! In particular, the owners always make an effort to speak to you and make you feel like you are part of the cafe family - whether it’s the first time you’ve visited or the 10th! Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie is a must stop and I cannot recommend more highly! 🙌🏼

I was recommended to have lunch at this place with my daughter who has several allergies. Definitely not a disappointment! The food was delicious, the staff and owners were also extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter was so impressed by the selection of bread she could have, had her first ever bagel and a delicious donut. Took several food items back for takeaway...it was that delicious! A must try for sure!!!

Glazed Gluten Free Patisserie has everything you need to feel GOOD.The food is so delicious (vegan sausage rolls and vegan banana brownie).You will be totally spoilt for choice. Gluten free, no nuts, vegan - everything is made with love.The staff are polite, efficient and very helpful.What blew me away the most was how owner and Chef Liran Adika treats his staff - so respectful and supportive. The vibe is very friendly and considerate at every level (from Chef Liran to staff and onwards to customers).Liran is hands on at the counter and making sure everything is running smoothly- having already perfprmed miracles creating amazing food.You must check out this awesome Cafe that is working so hard for our health, wellbeing and our tastebuds!

Don’t walk, run! I travel weekly without hesitation to grab my fresh loaf of bread from Glazed and they don’t disappoint! I was recommended their quality produce as they have a vast range of bread, pastries and other baked goods and as a coeliac it’s extremely hard to find this kind of food with guaranteed safety! The staff are always friendly and the service is always so welcoming. Thank you Chef Liran for creating this space- Melbourne needs more of this!

Last month my mum, my girlfriend and I visited Melbourne whilst on a cruise. I heard about this place through social media and being unable to eat gluten I just had to visit while I was there. Gluten free heaven, worth travelling for! The flakiest gluten free and vegan pastry and heaps of vegan options including sausage rolls, cheese and spinach pastries and pizza. Bread is light, fluffy and stays soft for days.

This was my second time coming to Glazed, and it certainly won’t be the last! There are so many pastries and desserts to choose from, all of which are gluten and dairy free, so I never have to worry when ordering. As someone who can’t have dairy or gluten, it’s so rare to find a place that caters to my dietary needs, let alone a whole menu that does! 😍Definitely worth the 45+ minute drive!

My husband and I are visiting from QLD, and we were completely blown away by the amazing food and the beautiful staff!Liran was so lovely and took the time to get to know us. They offered samples, which of course led to us buying plenty of delicious pastries to take home to QLD!If you’re GF or DF, this is the place to go.It was so good we even tried to convince Liran to open a store in Brisbane! 🤞🤣

We stumbled upon Glazed on our way to Phillip Island and what a treat that turned out to be! Their puff pastries are just amazing, the perfect texture! The coffee was spot on too, and the folks there super friendly. Oh, and take home the chocolate fudge cake!! Easily the best chocolate cake I’ve had in years. If you’re anywhere near them, definitely worth a stop!

Absolutely one of the best gluten-free spots in Australia.We’ve tried a fair few places, and the owner here clearly has a real passion for food. As someone who doesn’t normally eat gluten-free, I was impressed, the flavours are superb, and the food tastes just like the real thing.My girlfriend’s eyes lit up when we walked in, she could eat everything on the menu and try things she hadn’t been able to enjoy in years. Such a great experience for both of us. Highly recommend!

I've been dairy-free, gluten-free and garlic and onion-free for 4 years, and first tried Glazed products earlier this year; the feeling of being able to have delicious and nutritious food without worrying about an allergic reaction is priceless.Being laughed out of restaurants and cafes etc. forms a feeling of rejection, but coming to Glazed and being welcomed, accepted and safe is incredibly healing.I am now a customer for life.Wishing Glazed continued success and safety.

This place creates pure sunshine in edible form — fluffy, cloud-light, and utterly soul-healing for a celiac. Paired with the kindest, warmest customer service, it felt less like buying a treat and more like being gifted joy. By the far the greatest gluten free pastry I have had that is layered in beautiful buttery shards. Absolutely incredible!

Amazing gluten free pastry and artisan bread. The pastry is actually soooo flaky, the muffins taste better than normal gluteny ones at a bakery (the apple one has so much apple!), and the bread is actually soft and just a little chewy like bread should be (not cakey or dry and tough). So glad to have visited today and can't wait to come back. Just an fyi, the whole place is completely vegan, so no cows milk in your coffee (totally happy to forgo that for the bread etc!).

Planning to bring some cakes back to Sydney for my brother who has a dairy and nut allergy, and the staff were so lovely and helpful - recommending what would and wouldn't survive the trip back home. The nice man even stickered down the cakes in the box so it wouldn't move during the plane ride. Appreciate them very much 🙏 and I'm sure my brother would be very appreciative too. We need more of this inclusiveness in Sydney!

I had the pleasure of purchasing some breads, cakes and muffins this morning. And wow! I have never eaten a gluten free bagel ever, this was the most fluffy, delicious bread ever. I brought things to stock my freezer!The gentleman who served me, was very attentive gave me a run down on all the items he had. ( some bread I was unfamiliar with and their culture) . I’ve tried things I never have and was truly impressed.

Amazingly beautiful and delicious cakes. Had a raspberry dream cake for my birthday organised as a surprise and it was truly the most delicious cake I’d ever eaten. Everyone loved it and couldn’t believe it was LF and GF. Honestly so so good! Worth the drive if you’re not local.

Incredible gluten free and nut free patisserie! Having a nut allergy is difficult as I can never eat in patisseries or bakery’s but Glazed cater for this and considering I don’t need to be gluten free - it still tastes just as amazing so I don’t feel i’m being compromised! No idea how you make your brownies/cakes/desserts so delicious without gluten but it couldnt be tastier!! The texture is great for example the brownies are gooey and cake is fluffy. Please open more patisseries!!Thank you for being nut free, finding this patisserie made my trip!!

After being gluten free since 2005, I had been forced to sort of just accept that I would never really be able to have fresh, soft and delicious breads/cakes/pastries ever again. People really do take for granted the joy of biting into some freshly baked bread. Moving to Melb and discovering Glazed was the BIGGEST treat, no exaggeration. Now that I’m living in Geelong, I still make the journey to visit when I can. The soft, fluffy bagels - still warm and fresh out of the oven- are my absolute kryptonite. The crunchy exterior of the loaves of bread and the delightfully soft centre; with this softness remaining for days. The stream of new and exciting desserts balanced with the regularly available sweet treats. The deliciously crispy apple turnovers. The scrumptious cinnamon pretzels and crunchy croutons. And don’t get me started on the doughnuts and Easter-favourite hot cross buns.. which must be slightly sinful with how good they taste. There is something for everyone as, even with a newly discovered egg allergy, I am still able to enjoy many of the treats due to them also being vegan. They very clearly label all allergens too, which I find immensely helpful. The consistent quality of every item blows me away each time, along the overall friendly environment of the bakery and the very personable nature of Chef Liran. Could not recommend this bakery more. 10/10 all round. In fact the only downside is that there are not more of them closer by, but then that’s also what makes it so special.

You need to try out glazed gluten free patisserie in elsternwick. I went today and got a apple and cinnamon crumble cupcake. Just out of oven so was hot and amazing. The chocolate ones looked good too. Got two scrolls, pizza & vegemite. A bagel which I just ate and was so good and have a bread I will have a slice of later. Really good will definately go back and I assume it was the owner was really nice and the girl behind the counter very helpful.

This new gluten free cafe in Elsternwick is absolutely delicious! The bread is definitely the highlight - crispy on the outside crust but soft and fluffy on the inside. I promise you won't even be able to tell that it's gluten free. They have bagels, rolls, sweet challa and even French baguettes! This is probably the only gf bread I've come across that doesn't need toasting. Desserts are delicious too. Has any one else tried this place? What do you think?

I’ve tried most of the gluten free bakeries in and around Melbourne. You have managed to achieve the best gf bread and bagels I’ve ever tasted. Gluten eating husband agrees it the closest he has had to normal bread. Huge thanks. Also your cakes are pretty special too.

Best GF bagel/bread I’ve had since becoming a coeliac. Came all the way from nsw to try and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely service also.

Wow! What a TREAT... I thoroughly enjoyed this mornings brekkie, coffee and cake. The food offering is incredible for any pallet ~ yet it’s ALL gluten free and a heaven for vegan consumers... truly remarkable. I rate this delicious cafe & eatery 10/10! You must try it!

Had a lovely lunch today at Glazed. We had a smoked salmon bagel and a chocolate mousse cake...... oh yum.... so delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive

Superb variety of sandwiches, breads and desserts - and all gluten free! Excellent quality of fresh produce turned into delicious, healthy and guilt-free yummies - really glad that I had such a hearty lunch here today. For someone who’s been consuming gluten-based foods all my life, I’m definitely turning to GF foods as much as I can from now onwards! 🥪 🍰

Having breakfast with my family here this morning. Highly recommend everyone visit. Bought some fresh hot bread straight out of the oven for home. Even my non celiac husband could not taste the difference.
