After training and working alongside some of the hospitality industry’s most respected names in Australia and overseas including celebrity chef Shannon Bennett at the acclaimed Vue de Monde, Chef Liran recognised a significant gap in the market for premium pastries and desserts that delivered on both flavour and presentation while catering to a wide range of dietary requirements.

Driven by a deep respect for quality ingredients and a passion for craftsmanship, Chef Liran set out to create a patisserie where dietary restrictions would never mean compromising on taste, texture or indulgence. Every product is baked fresh daily in-house using Chef Liran’s own recipes, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and flavour in every bite.
